New Party favors in BABV -- Balloons, Balloon Animal Move, Emoticon!

Over the past few days, members of our Build-a-Bearville Forum have noticed some new party-themed items and we've finally been able to figure out where they are from. There are 3 new party items in BABV! If you get a party room, you now have a choice between new balloons, an "balloon animal making" move, or a "blowing out the candles" emoticon -- all shown below! Thanks to KaiHoneydew for showing us the picture of her emoticon!

Chloe has a brand new show available with special guest Maxine Clarke. Be sure to visit because everybody that attends the show gets a brand new "Maxine" move. The show is shorter than Chloe's usual shows and the move looks like a jump, jump and shuffle. All you Maxine fans out there are not going to want to miss this!

Happy Groundhog Day, Get Shadow Move Today!

Ground Hog BABV Well, it's official -- Punxsutawney Phil has seen his shadow, predicting 6 more weeks of Winter! Everyone better keep those winter clothes out a little longer and keep bundled up.

For those of you that don't know about Groundhog Day, read up on it here -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Groundhog_Day

Shortly after Phil made his prediction, the Groundhog was added to Build-a-Bearville and they didn't disappoint us.. They made a PAWSOME video animation of their groundhog that matched Punxsutawney Phil's prediction!

You can find the Groundhog by going to the Path in Friendship Forest and clicking on the flashing tree stump, shown in the picture above. The tree stump is where the Ground hog lives! Once he comes out to check his shadow, he'll give you a free Shadow move that also matches him being scared of his shadow! Your shadow will grow and you'll jump back in fright!

New Chloe Show - Alvin the Chipmunk - Get a free Alvin Move!

Thanks to Elysia105367 from our Bearville Insider Forum for showing us these great pictures of the Alvin Move, the new gift for watching Chloe Show that started today! She's interviewing Alvin from Alvin & the Chipmunks, so make sure to head over to the Bearville News Network to watch the show!

Alvin is here to promote his new movie, "The Squeakuel", which is his "favorite movie ever", which comes out on Christmas Day! Alvin, of course, makes it all about himself and calls Build-a-Bearville "Alvin-ville"! Alvin sure seems to have a lot of interests: video games, snowboarding, skateboarding, basketball and more... Don't forget that you can now build an Alvin in BAB!

Two New Monkeys In Build-a-Bearville!

Cubgratulations to Tamster from our Bearville Insider Forum for being the first BI member to adopt the newly-added Dark Brown Monkey in Build-a-Bearville! As you can see from the photos, the monkey is a new addition to the open certificate selections. Tamster adopted Nanners this afternoon, whose FFI (Furry Friend Item) is the "Monkey Move" and whose FFW (Furry Friend Wallpaper) is a repeating pattern of vines.

A light brown monkey was also added and GabriellaBallerina provided us pictures of the monkey and its FFI (Furry Friend Item), a Monkey Ear Headband!

Frosty the Snowman Gives Snowball Juggling Move!

Thanks to gabriellasharpayhann who noticed Frosty the Snowman standing at the Train Station screen in the North Pole in Build-a-Bearville this morning! If you click on him, you'll get the "Snowball Juggling" move, shown below!

Thanks to LeanneFurryFriend1's thread inside the forum from a few weeks ago I found the details for those of you that may have missed the scoop (like me)!

UPDATE: Thanks to stephaniesparkle for the Pawsome information on how to get the DVD for $9.99.

Plus, I caught a BABW goof and reported it Wednesday. In store they are advertising the DVD for $10, but it is in the system as the $14.99 price seen in mailers. They will honor the $10 price if your store has the advertisement up.
