Thanks to one of our resident Build-a-Bearville Cybear Guides, VanessaCybearguide on our Bearville Insider Forums for letting us know about the origin of the newspaper bag when ZachFootballer asked about it!

 

Make sure to grab the most recent version of the Bearville Times and read it all the way to the end. You'll be rewarded with the Newspaper bag shown below. I think we're going to have to start reading and looking more closely at the Bearville Times, as Build-a-Bearville may be going the route of Club Penguin, including secret clickables and actions to get free items.
