How to exfoliate your lips

Do you have dry, chapped, rough lips? Are your lips trying to survive the harsh, cold weather? Do you wish to have soft, smooth lips? If you answered yes to any if the questions, then here's a guide to show you how to exfoliate your lips.
Exfoliating your lips is quick and easy. Exfoliating them will get rid of all of the dead skin and make them nice and smooth. Here are the steps to exfoliating your lips:
http://www.bearvilleinsider.com/foru...ctureid=136999
1. Gather these ingredients: a small bowl, Olive oil, sugar, warm water, soft bristled toothbrush (optional), and a towel
2. Take your bowl, and put a teaspoon of Olive oil and a little bit of sugar, then mix it together
3. Now take your toothbrush that is soft bristled and you don't use it or your finger, and dip it in the bowl
4. Now rub your finger or toothbrush on your lips in circular motions for at least 1 minute
5. Now rinse your lips off with warm water
6. Gently PAT dry your lips with a towel
7. Lastly put a moisturizing chapstick, lip balm, or vaseline on your lips.
8. Enjoy your soft smooth lips!

NOTES:
It is OKAY if the mixture gets in your mouth, the ingredients are non-toxic
I recommend doing this 3-4 times a week

Tips for having soft lips:
Don't lick your lips
Drink LOTS of water
Protect from cold weather
Don't bite your lips
Moisturize your lips
Don't peel your lips
Be careful on what you're eating

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What does the ingredients do for me?
Olive oil: It conditions and put moisture into your lips
Sugar: The sugar will exfoliate the lips, getting rid of any dry, dead skin cells on the surface and leaving lips smoother.

Substitute for Olive oil

You can also substitute Olive oil with coconut oil. :)

I searched online for a decent guide on this very topic about a week ago. The one I read closely resembled yours, too, but yours in different in other ways as well.
