Default Is it a manager item?

Is it a manager item? That’s a question that pops up a lot around here when someone finds a new item on BABV that is yet to be identified. Most of those items end up not being a manager or employee item. To help clear up the confusion, here are some facts about employee codes.

1.There aren’t that many employee codes out there. In the year and a half that BABV has been around, employees have received a total of 8 codes. Bear builders received one special code for Bear Builder Appreciation Month (BBAM), but all the others were general employee codes.

2. Managers usually don't get different codes than bear builders. The only special codes that the managers got were from their yearly Chief Workshop manager's meeting in St. Louis. They also got one special code for We Appreciate Managers Month. (WAM)

3. Please don't ask for the code for employee items. All employee codes are now one time use. Bear builders can also face disciplinary action if they are found sharing the codes.

I hope this clears up the mystery of employee and manager items.
