Well, they haven't sent it to me! They only sent me the emails with the codes in them.

Can someone help me please??? It has been over a week and when I email buildabear, they say "I need your order number" but the thing is, I do not have it because it is on my receipt .

You don't actually go that far to find the My Account link. It is on the home page of the Buildabear Workshop website. It is above the My Basket link.

After you click on the My Account link, you will see a page like this, here is the option that you fill out to log in.
Click the image to open in full size.
Do Not sign in under the stuff for stuff log in. After you sign in where it is shown above, it will bring you to this page.

After you are here and you click the link that is circled, then it will bring up the page of all of your orders, order date, order number etc.

I hope with pictures, it is easier for you to follow.

I would call the 1-800 number on the Buildabear Website. And try to get this problem with the I furgot my password straightened out so that you can get into that account page. Because it is your best bet. It shows everything that you have ordered with order numbers. Even if the Receipt number is blank (which does happen often) the order number and date ordered and what you ordered will be there. It has all order history on it.

They keep asking you for that information and you will have to call in order to get your password to get that information accessible to you.

I understand how frustrating it is and I am sorry you are going through this. I hope you get it all straightened out.

If you ordered it and they sent it to your house it should be there but if you code the code sent to you by e-mail than the code should already be there!
