To have a bear removed from an account, you must email the following information to vwhelp@buildabear.com
Account Name:
Animal Name:
Animal Type:
Date of purchase:

Example-
Account Name: MelanieJuly16
Animal Name: Rosie
Animal Type: Happy Go Lucky Frog
Date of purchase: July 15, 2009
[That is fake information I filled out except for my BABV username; I do not have a Happy Go Lucky Frog named Rosie purchased on July 15, 2009, it's just an example of how to fill it out]

Then a few days later they will email you back saying that it's been removed, then enter the Animal ID and Key Code again on the other account and your sister will get the bear.

You can't remove a bear on BABV. If someone hacked on your computer and removed your bear.. you woudn't be happy. That is why they don't allow that probably.. that's at least what I think..

You'll need to email vwhelp@buildabear.com about the situation, but keep in mind that you CAN'T remove your bear if you don't have the PSI that comes with the bear when you bring it to life. If you don't have it you can try trading to get it so you can remove the bear from your account. When you email them they'll ask you questions about why you want to remove it and information about your account and the bear, make sure that you correctly answer the question for the deletion of the bear to be successful.
