Unhappy need help on webkinz

ok so I know some of BI members like webkinz
so I need help on it
I just got a webkinz and I go online and everything
but the screen is to little
here is a picture
I will cirlce the problem I am having
CLICK HERE

see where it is circled? (sorry about the spelling)
that is the problem and i can't scroll up and down
i have a computer not a laptop it is a skinny dell computer
but i don't know what is wrong I tried zooming out and in but it doesn't work!
so maybe some of you guys could help me!!
please help!

Whoa. Something must be a little messed up in the settings. That happens to me sometimes but I don't really know how to fix it. Sorry. But I know there are other great computer people here that can help you.

My school's computers do that. I think you can adjust it by going to the sides and dragging them in.

Hit the F11 key on top of your keyboard. It will resize it for you. Have fun in WKW!

That is very unusual. Some computers just do it like that. I just use the computer that has a bigger screen, and it works out much better.

This is making no sense to me, my oldest who loves webkinz can't access webkinz from school. They must have some sort of blocking system that we don't. She gets extra time and she can't go on her favorite thing! I better not tell her about this!
