Every furry friend from Build A Bear has a lifetime guarantee! Next time you go to your local store, just bring your animals along with you. The Master Bear Builders at the store are all specially trained to fix up your furry friends in no time! If the damage is severe and we can't fix it in the store, we'll send it to our bear hospital in St. Louis where Dr. Robin and Dr. Maria can help fix them right up!

Haha, I didnt go anywhere to fix them, but they are fine now. My mother sewed them all up in ten minutes, And they were alot:

Rudolph's entire back almost was ripped open(I could see his heart, lol)
Maisy's leg where the tag was got ripped open
Cooper had a hole in his neck..
And my very old stuffed animal(that isnt a bab, and is over 40 years old) was missing an eye, and had a hole in his neck. But yeah, my mom fixed them for me. Alot better than having to drive an hour to get them fixed.

OMG, poor Rudolph! Glad they are all fixed now.

But to answer your question, yes, I had several bears with holes, and they were quite new and I have treated them with nothing but respect :-)

I've had the same problem with a bunch of my bears. One of my BKP Huskies, my Chococat, my BKP Black Lab, my European Rabbit, I think...
I think BAB needs a new stitching method. xD

Fortunately mom knows how to sew (:
