I've written to vwhelp many times for help. They don't really decide what gets done on BABV. They only help with specific issues like missing items, furniture won't move, money missing, etc. They help with technical issues. Maxine has said that EVERYTHING that goes on in BABW and BABV has to be approved by her first. So you can make suggestions to them, but Maxine will have the final say.
