I got both Hugsville and Friendship Valley. Hugsville was super repetitive, you literally just walk around the circular town and play the same games over and over in order to level up. And the games keep getting harder. Friendship Valley was meh. I got stuck on both of them though so I stopped playing them after a month. XD

Yes, I have both Hugsville and Friendship Valley. In fact, when you said Bear Valley, I was thinking you meant Friendship Valley. I don't have Bear Valley. I have Friendship Valley. And I can tell you honestly, both games get very tiresome and boring after awhile. They're just a series of tasks to complete and it wears thin fast.

I agree, and what's more, there's no way to create a cub condo in either game either. There's just stuff already there in one of them and in the other one, you just hammer some nails to put walls together and slap paint on them. Really useless.
