Question Unanswered: My Bat Bear too Chubby?

Last year I got the bat Build a Bear on clearance, along with the Halloween Dracula outfit, and every once in a while, I notice its pants slide right off, and I have to put them back on, I think the lady, stuffed him too much and thats why the pants are falling off? What do you think?

The pants always slide off. The strategy my brother and I use is, take the little white strings that hold the pants to the hanger and slide them around the bear's arms, so they slide off.
