Any player can be able to use the name Test. The only Test names with CBG (TestCBG) are the only people who works for Build-A-Bear. Watch out for our official Test Cybearguides.
It is not encouraged for Test CybearGuides to talk and interact with other players as they need to focus on testing the game so that we can easily fix some glitches. Thus this incident most likely did not occur with an official test cybearguide.
You can always report abusive players if ever you encounter this again. Thanks!
