Default Unanswered: Wrong PSI??? Please help!

I just brought my I Heart NY Puppy to life, and it has the same PSI as the valentines day puppy from this year?? I am REALLY disappointed! I would think that, after spending $25 on an exclusive-to-one-store animal, I would get a better PSI than a available-in-every-store $16 animal! Help please? Is the PSI different and my code was just messed up?

Anybody know?

Perhaps they haven't though of the PSI yet, so they give you a PSI for a similar bear.

I feel SO sorry for you! I strongly feel you should email vwhelp@buildabear.com . They helped me when my code didn't work, so I assume they will help you.

Since this had also happened to me, and I've already contacted help and other people, I'll tell you what I was told:
They haven't made the I <3 NY Puppy in Bearville yet.

When they have added him, you will have to have them remove the wrong animal (don't decorate his room) and then you will have to re-enter your puppy's information to get the updated furry friend.

I'm still waiting for them to fix this animal, and it's been almost two months.
