Default Answered: Trouble with the Maze

Recently, I've been having trouble while playing the maze game.
A few days ago, the game worked just fine. I've collected about 3 candies as of now.
But starting yesterday, something starting happen that is making me completely unable to manipulate my character around the maze at all.

As soon as I start the maze, my character just starts going forward even when I haven't pressed any buttons. I try to make her go into another direction but she doesn't. She eventually gets stuck at a wall, still walking (or should I say trying to walk) in the same direction that she started in.
Sometimes she doesn't hit a wall, but she just stops, still moving her legs as if she is walking, but not going anywhere. I try desperately to make her stop or go in any other direction but she doesn't.
The games always end the same, now. My character still walking into a wall like she was at the beginning of the game and the ghost catching up to her.

I have already cleared my cache twice. I checked to see if any of my arrow keys were stuck, which they aren't. Please offer any help if you can. It is very disapointing to me that I may not be able to win the prize for finding all of the candies.

I would do as she suggested. I have had the problem where my character walks on it's own, but if I exit out and go back to the maze it is fine. Just explain your situation to them so that they can check your account

Sometimes that happens to me.... it happens when I get to close to the wall. Try walking in the middle of the hallways. If that doesn't work, email vwhelp@buildabear.com

That happened to me. But, if I waited a little then pressed the arrows it would move again.

Thank you very much for the suggestions, guys.
I sent an email to vwhelp@buildabear.com.
When they got back to me, they said that they hadn't encountered any problems with the maze on my account, though.

The maze is still acting up for me, though.
But yesterday, I finally got one of my friends, who has much more patience than I, to spend a good forty-five minutes getting my glitchy character through the maze so I could get my halloween mask xD
