That way instead of hearing people screaming a bunch about how it's in the wrong section, you can just move it by yourself after one or two reminders! xD

This is another feature that would be nice. However, again, alas, I'm almost positive that it's not available in vBulletin. I think it's either all or nothing for being able to control the movement of threads.
