Sites that allow to do something to a graphic are fine to use. Its the graphic you need to be concerned about. Is it a graphic that you have permission to use? If so, give credit where possible. If the original designer of the graphic states not to take their artwork and modify it in any way or redistribute it somewhere else...you'd be violating the terms of their usage.

Not sure what you're asking here.

Just make sure you use them according to the designers rules.

We just dont want anyone pretending to create things on their own and taking credit for something someone else or a website does for them. For instance, I dont ever use a website to add glitter to something. I do it on my own in Photoshop. That takes a lot more work. You dont have to tell people where you do it (although most of the time it will leave its logo on there), just dont give people false impressions.

Because those designers specifically state that you can't. Some people create graphics for everyone to use...some people like to maintain the rights to them.

Its not so much that we want you to give credit to them (although they do give credit to themselves) we just dont want people pretending to create something when really a graphic generator site is doing it for them. We also dont want people taking ownership of those graphics, because ultimately, its glitterfly that owns them.

Now, what you do have to watch is what graphics you use. Lets say you find a picture of a puppy that you make glittery. Do you have the right to use that picture of the puppy? Have you done everything you can to find some type of user agreement?

If so, thats fine. If you're not claiming you've created something you haven't, then you're fine.
