Default Dark Hot Chocolate

Its fall and winter is almost here.
It means its time to sit down by the fireplace and enjoy a nice cup of Hot Chocolate.

For this recipe you will need
4 Squares of Godiva Dark Chocolate 72%
1 and half cups of milk (whole is preferred)
A pinch of cinnamon
Sugar to taste

Serves 2

In a small pot pour milk and warm on medium high heat. Don't let it boil
Once the milk is warm add in the chocolate and slowly let it melt.
When its melted add cinnamon and sugar.
Let it all combine on low medium heat.
If its too bitter add more sugar or if its too sweet add another chocolate square.
Serve into your favorite mug and enjoy.

If you want it foamy put some of it in the blender for a few seconds.
Tada your very own chocolate foam.
You may add marshmallows or whip cream for decoration and extra taste.

Tip you can use any kind of chocolate you want for this. If using milk or white chocolate I recommend not using sugar since its already sweet enough.

I made it again using water this time and it turned out great.

I added some of the hot chocolate to the blender with some milk and it come out really nice and foamy. Better then the first time I made it.

Let me know what kind of chocolate you use.

I'm guessing chocolate morsels, chips, and candy bars should work too.
