Default Why won't it let me register at BABW.com?

My mom let me open my own email account, and I went to BABW.com to register a new account with that email. Well, it let me sign up for the newsletter with no problem, but when I tried to make a regular account, it kept saying "invalid password", no matter what I tried.

Make sure you have a number, letter, and a character like (?!%$^@)
If you're doing all of those things, I would call costumer service.

That's odd. I've had troubled with their site before too though. I would call on Monday, or try again tomorrow,

I did put down my mom's age. All the other information is correct, it's just that it keeps saying the password is invalid.

Why did you type "Love, JoeyCyberBear"? And no, I didn't type it in wrong.

Just in case this happened:

Did you create a new Buildabear account, or were you trying to login with your email password? Even if you use your email, every site will ask you for your email and then a password which should be unique for that site. For example, if your email is email.com & your password to check your email is 1234, then Buildabear will ask you for your email (email.com) but your password for Buildabear will NOT be 1234. You need to create a new password (which it should ask you to do when you create a Buildabear account). Did that make any sense?

If that isn't the problem, perhaps you had caps lock on when you created your password? (or maybe someone already suggested that?)

No, I wasn't using my password for the email, I made a new one. And I did everything else, I added numbers and characters, so I don't know why it's invalid. And I didn't have caps lock on either. But thanks for trying to help.
