Default gimp guide;icon/avvie set c:

hallo, everyonee.
this is a simple guide on how to make cute little icon/avvie packages/sets on gimp~
let us begin.
1:open up gimp : P
2:new>*it should be 640x400*transparent, then click ok.
3:open your first icon and place it in a corner *OPTIONAL*. you can have as many icons as you want, but i am using three:

Click the image to open in full size.
Click the image to open in full size.
Click the image to open in full size.
next, open your other icons and carefully place them next to the first icon. i suggest zooming in for this.
Click the image to open in full size.
now, click the rectangle tool and make a box right below your icons;
Click the image to open in full size.
now fill it in with any color you want using the bucket fill tool.
now, crop your image so its only the icons and the bar.
now, you can add your text to the bar. the font i am using is airplanes in the night sky. and the size i am using is 18. NOTE: this size WON'T work for all fonts.
what the text should say is something like
"three leslie knope icons by sarah" instead of sarah and leslie knope and three, you replace sarah with your usual nickname, leslie knope with the name of your person, and three with the number of icons you have.
finally, go to save and be sure to save it as .png.
example: parksandrec.png
your finished result should be;
Click the image to open in full size.

other sets that i have made using these instructions;
Click the image to open in full size.
Click the image to open in full size.

Thanks for posting Sarah, I don't have Gimp currently but this is interesting.
I might ask to download it if I know how to use it a bit more. (:
