If I could add on to that, just click the ? in the corner of the BABV screen, send your reciept code, purchase date, total amout and store adress.I was also notified that these codes were all from the weekend of dec. 20th so if you got yours on that date (or the 2 days after) then follow these direction.

Mine did not work and I sent an email to the people and they said it was because on the weekend I bought it, nobody put it in the computer! So they are trying to fix it right now so hopefuly there will be no more worries!

I have a receipt code from a week ago that isn't working. I e-mailed them Friday and said the code was 5 days old and didn't work. They e-mailed me back saying, "Did you receive your code within the past 24 hours? That might be the problem." [Uh... very helpful.] But they also said to provide them with the date of purchase, location, username, and receipt code if it had been more than 48 hours.

I posted a thread in "Yikes I need Help" thingy majig already too, cuz I do, too have the same problem. So many were so helpful to me, and so then I emailed BAB. They sent me an email back a couple days later asking me the following:

Username:
Receipt Code:
Date Purchased:
Store Location:

I was thinking of doing it after the new year, (around the first days of Jan, 2009) Do you agree I should do it after the new year?

Thanks for posting the thread! I have read some few people who had these problems too!

Did you email back to them the stuff they asked? If you do, can you tell me? I want to know how it works! Thanks!!

PS.Sorry if this looks like a "talking post" I wanted to ask her a question too
