Red face Question

Hi everybody! I have a scruffy puppy from 2006. I still have the birth certificate, but how do I get it online? And what is a welcome pass. Please Help!!!!!!

you can't put it online, but you can take your furry friend back to BABW to "re-birth" it.
but you should call your local BABW to make sure they can "re-birth" it for you.

To bring your old bear to life online, go to Build-a-Bear Workshop to re-birth it. Re-birthing is when you get a new certificate for your bear that includes its ID and key code to bring it online. Make sure to call your local BABW to see if they do re-birthing. As for welcome passes, they are no longer available.
