When I did it my mom gave me this thing to cover my nose. Also you should wear a glove.

Gloves, Eye Goggles,
Put your hair up.
& Don't be afraid to cut
its actually pretty fun
Make sure to have
a firm hand as well you don't
want it to slip or something.
Pay attention to your
teacher follow directions.

I did this last year for Bio. I mostly let my lab partner do it. LOL
But, just don't think about it. Think of a song and hum it. You WILL get through this.
If it really gets bad, though, talk to your teacher and see if you can work something out.

Are the schools still using real frogs ! I thought they decided to use plastic models instead???

Thankfully , I had a team partner who didn't mind doing it. As long as one of us did it, it was OK with the teacher. Can you come up with a reason for opting out? Or, maybe you can ask if you can use a plastic model instead.
