Default How to Add Your Character to a Background on Sumo Paint!

1. Open Sumo Paint.
2.Open the picture you will be using. THIS is a good example of a photo to use because it is on a one-color background (not matching the color of my clothes) and can easily be made transparent.
3. Go to the Magic Wand Tool (Click the image to open in full size.) and click the background of your character. It should look like this:
Click the image to open in full size.
4. Press Delete on your keyboard. If your keyboard is like mine, it will be next to the "End" button and under the "Insert" button.
5. Save your image. Make sure it is png, or else it will not be transparent!
(File> Save To My Computer)
6. Click the X on your image layer.
7. Open the background you want to use. I will be using this:
Click the image to open in full size.
8. Go to: File>Import To Layer>From My Computer
9. Open your TRANSPARENT character image.
10. It should look like this:
Click the image to open in full size.
11. (optional). Add text, effects, anything you want!

Here was my final result after adding some effects:
Click the image to open in full size.
Things to know:
I added a bevel (playdough) and a red outline.
Don't save it as a Sumo file because it will not work.

I hope I helped!(:
