You can know by going to "Home" a contest is posted then click it to go to the contest, follow the contest rules stuff. A contest is posted every month, soo the current contest is closed, there was already a winner, you can wait for a contest somewhere this month. xD
Oh and this is in the wrong section, this should be in the "Yikes I need help!" section. xD

Currently, there are no new contest. They are usually in the front page of BI.

You can always find the 'new/current' contests in the Home/Front Page, they're usually posted on the Front page but sometimes they're not. But you can always look in the Bearvilleinsider Contests to look if there is.
